What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect: your name, your email address, your zip code, and optionally your approximate lawn size and whether you're interested in buying, leasing, or are still deciding. We may also automatically collect basic, non-identifying technical information (such as general device or browser type) through standard website analytics, if enabled. We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for payment information on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide only to: contact you about our launch, availability in your area, and waitlist updates; understand where interest is concentrated so we can plan our service area; and improve our website and our offering. That's it. We don't use your information for anything you didn't sign up for.

We do not sell or share your information

This is the important part:

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone — not for money, and not in exchange for anything else.
• We do not share or rent your information to third parties for their own marketing.
• We will never hand your contact information to data brokers, advertisers, or other lawn-care companies.

The only parties that ever touch your data are the trusted service providers that help us run this website and send our emails (for example, our website hosting platform and our email tool). They process your information solely on our behalf, only to provide those services, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if genuinely required by law (such as a valid legal request) or to protect our rights and safety — but never for marketing or sale.

How long we keep your information

We keep your waitlist information until we launch in your area and you become a customer, until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it — whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You're always in control of your information:

• Unsubscribe from our emails anytime using the link in any message.
• Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing us at scott@irongoatlawn.com.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws (for example, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act). We honor these requests for everyone — just reach out.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information and limit who can access it. No method of storage or transmission is ever 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe — and we collect as little of it as possible in the first place.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a revised effective date. For meaningful changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify waitlist members.
